RELEASE NUMBER 2. This is one of our absolute favorites. Ralf "Zwickelbier" is best described as an unfiltered pilsner. Crisp and clean, but with a touch more hop character upfront and a more rustic malt character that really shows off the Barke Pilsner malt. This is one not to be missed off the side pull faucets!

Rising Hope IPA w/ white peach is part of a nationwide collaboration organized by with 100% of our sales of this beer being directly donated to to aid in funding pediatric cancer research. Short Jams IPL is a 6% beer that we treat just like one of our hazy IPAs, but ferment it with our house lager yeast. First release up for today at noon! Our bud James from came to visit a couple of weeks ago to brew up a super special beer, the third in our collab series of heavily fruited sour. We've got one more cool one for ya headed into this weekend, check it out! Carolina Cream Ale is made with a whole bunch of local malt from our friends and a dash of Jimmy red corn that we snagged from our buds . The result is our ale yeast's answer to lager season! Light, crispy, with a distinct ester profile from our yeast and a touch of American hops. Perfect for football season!

Next up, our favorite lager is back! A fresh batch of Yacht Party to get you through the weekend! Plus will be in the kitchen from 5-8 tonight! Let's hang!
