Did you know that we have approximately 112 salt lamps within the spa and studio space? Just kidding…. We got tired of counting and 112 sounds like a well-rounded number.

You can embrace the warm glow of these lamps at Salt Spa as you receive a massage, treatment, or explore a yoga class! Since there is usually zero to little other sources of light in these rooms, the soft pink glows help wash all of your stresses away.

So comes the day as we give well wishes to Lauren. It's hard to type these words. She will be heading to Florida to be closer to family. To enjoy weekend boat adventures and Sunday dinners with her loved ones.

Lauren has been our Reiki Master for a few years now, as well as a yoga teacher and massage therapist here. She has help healed many and will continue to in sunny Florida with her husband Ted and faithful companion Tyler🐕.

The void will be BIG! Your happiness is what comes first! We are VERY happy for you. 💜
