Trasa: Izby –Bieliczna –Przełęcz Pułaskiego – Lackowa - Izby
📍 Korona Gór Polski, szczyt policyjny-Lackowa 997 m n.p.m
Wędrówkę rozpoczynamy we wsi Izby leżącej przy granicy ze Słowacją.
Trasa zajmie nam ok. 10 km, które pokonamy w 4 godz.
📍 Bieliczna – nieistniejąca wieś łemkowska.
W 1900 roku we wsi były 32 domy, które zamieszkiwało 211 osób. W trakcie akcji „Wisła” w 1947 r. przesiedlono wszystkich mieszkańców.
Wieś opustoszała, pozostała jedynie samotna cerkiew i maleńki cmentarz.
Cerkiew św. Michała Archanioła w Bielicznej pochodzi z 1796 roku. Przy pięknej białej cerkwi rosną potężne kilkuset letnie lipy. Na zboczu pastwiska znajdziemy opuszczony maleńki cmentarz z kilkoma prawosławnymi krzyżami.
❗Cerkiew w Bielicznej, jako jedyna w Beskidzie Niskim jest otwarta dla zwiedzających cały czas.
Tuż obok cerkwi płynie niewielkich rozmiarów potoczek. To rzeka Biała (dopływ Dunajca), która nieopodal ma swoje źródła. 💦
📍 Wędrując na szczyt Lackowej, doliną rzeki Biała musimy zaopatrzyć się w wodoodporne obuwie. 🥾
Wiele razy będziemy przechodzić przez potok.
Na trasie spotkamy też kilka tam i żeremi zbudowanych przez bobry.🦦
Czasami zobaczymy stare, owocowe drzewa, które były sadzone przy gospodarstwach. Tak jak kamienne piwnice, w których przechowywano żywność.
❗Uwaga! Trasa z Izb do Belicznej nie jest oznakowana szlakiem turystycznym. Po ok. 1,5 h marszu dotrzemy do Przełęczy Pułaskiego.
Stąd na szczyt Lackowej idziemy już czerwonym szlakiem i granicą ze Słowacją.
📍 Lackowa jest w całości zalesiona.🌳🌳
Jesienny spacer na szczyt będzie świetnym pomysłem.🍁 Wtedy las bukowy pięknie się złoci. A w mroźny, zimowy dzień❄️ świat spowija mgła, a las nabiera tajemniczości.
Z Lackowej możemy zejść szlakiem czerwonym do Izb (bardzo strome zejście), ❗ lub wybrać jedną z leśnych dróg służących do wycinki i zwózki drzew.

Just got back from Short trip. Saw the beautiful upstate and lower NC. This is Looking Glass Rock waterfall in Pisgah National Forest. However this morning this looked like the road in front of me as I was driving to work.
