Our friends from out of town requested brunch at Edison today! And we had another AMAZING brunch! The food and service are impeccable. We actually had to order another round of waffles for the kids (and mom may have eaten some…). Thank you guys for making our Sunday and the best hosts!
Dinner was delicious and the staff was super friendly. This was a great place to go outside of the commercialized areas.

Happy Sunday y’all! Tonight’s dinner special is a great summer dish! Shrimp and Prosciutto Pangrattato: cavatappi, asparagus, olive oil, lemon zest and parmesan, topped with breadcrumbs and chili flakes. It’s absolutely gorgeous on our shaded patio right now, it’s half price wine night, and our kitchen’s open until 9!


Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible Moms out there! Edison is fully booked for brunch and dinner service today—it is an honor to take care of you and your families on this special day! 🌺🌸


Chef Joel’s Dinner Special this evening: Korean Barbecue Pork Belly, chilled soba noodle salad, ginger, scallions, pickled red onion and sweet drop peppers, finished with crispy lotus chips. This dish is packed with flavor! Kitchen is open until 9–see y’all soon!

These gorgeous softshells have been flying out of the kitchen this week! Tonight we’re serving them over white grits with a fig and caramelized onion port wine sauce, topped with an arugula and red onion salad.
