Garlic noodle appreciation post!!!! These noodles have been on the menu since our food truck days. We wanted to share with CHS this dearly loved and cult followed Vietnamese American dish from SF. The egg noodles are cooked in butter, garlic, and lots of umami. Typically, garlic noodles are served with shell on dungeness crab. For ours, we serve it with a little bit of pork to complement the umami ladened noodles, pickled red onions for crunchy texture & contrasting acid, and nice smear of sriracha to pull heat into every bite. During the peak of the pandemic, our supply chain for these specific noodles were in major flux. We’ve worked on some partnerships and now have a steady stream of it! Eat more 🍜, y’all!!!
