Another LifeTime Ago......

Just want to put this out there for those who may not know
These are Jim's Feet
8 years ago he suffered a traumatic injury when he fell off a ladder to his feet and shattered both of his heels.
Recovery at first was very painful, daunting and Hopeless at times, not to mention the emotional toll an injury like this will take on your mind, especially on a guy who can't sit still and is always on the go.
Being Self Employed by S+J Transport presented its own sense of difficulty as he couldn't work for quite some time and the bills didn't stop. We managed to push through with the help and encouragement of some great friends and family members and made it happen🙏
Fast Forward to now
* Pain Changes People*
Jim has continued to work 7 days a week moving houses, doing site work, driving truck, operating equipment and doing physical labor striving to do the Best he can for everyone all while standing on those feet🦶🦶
Lately the Pain has been off the charts and yesterday he met with his orthopedic doc and will be considering another surgery to cut the nerve and re-attach and clean up any scar tissue causing the irritation.
❤️This Post is a Gentle Reminder to Be Kind because you never know what People go through on a daily basis just to make it happen🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Repost as your business if your a business owner.
I will not apologize for my pricing.
No small business should.
My pricing allows me to make a profit.
Which allows me to pay my bills.
Which also allows me to stay in business.
My pricing allows me to employ people.
Which allows them to pay their bills.
My pricing allows me to pay myself for the countless hours I work. I’m truly never “off the clock”.
My pricing keeps a roof over my head and food on my table.
My pricing allows me to be able to donate to local fundraisers in my community.
My pricing allows me to create amazing finished products for customers.
I own a small business. One where the CEO personally does estimates, sends invoices, picks up the product, oversees work. One where the CEO knows your name and truly cares about you.
I am not Walmart (a 500 billion dollar company). I’m unable provide things at the “lowest price”, and still stay in business.
Im not the “cheapest”. I’m also not “the most expensive”.
My pricing is what it is to allow this small business to keep going which allows me to keep making a positive impact.
I will not apologize for my pricing.
No small business should.

New ride for old guy

Time to rock and roll lol

Timeline photos
Springtime brings many wonderful things to our great state; flowers, green grass, warm temperatures, etc. It also brings a plethora of annoying things that must be endured; potholes, frost heaves, mud season, mosquitoes and posted roads.
Posting of roads has begun early this year because of the mild weather. Why do roads get posted? The answer is quite simple, to preserve the roadway until mother nature has managed to get her mood swings under control and stop twisting them into something that resembles a piece of Christmas ribbon candy. Some of our working class heroes (truck drivers) are most affected by these posted roads because of the weight of their vehicles. Not one of us wants to write a $610 summons to someone working hard to pay the bills. Our goal is voluntary compliance from drivers and roadway preservation. Check the roads in your area to see which ones are posted like the one in the photo below. Choose an alternate route until the specific conditions that allow passage on the posted road are met. It's a waiting game that we hope passes sooner than later. In the meantime, thanks for all you do to keep this country moving.
