Fly Fishing has come a long way!! We have some idea about tying flies and how materials have changed. Take a look at this video to see how rod building has changed!!

Saw this on my flipboard and thought it speaks volumes regarding :stewardship of out streams and rivers". It's worth a listen. It tells what our streams and rivers should be and that we all have a responsibility to "do our part in stewardship".

Had a great on-line educational session last evening with our participants. Walter Shockley developed a great session with the focus on Entomology in the streams/rivers. Walter provided excellent detail on how the different species evolve, how and where to find them, how to classify them, and numerous references that are available at no cost via the internet. Copies of the presentation will be made available to our Charleston, SC participants in the next week. Great job Walter!!!
