Today was our 6th anniversary with my husband(Sunday Sept. 27th). We waited a few minutes for our waiter ( which wasn't a problem). I'm a sever so it takes a lot for me to get upset. Our waiter, Austin walked up to our table sighed a few times then quickly did his spill, but never even asked how we were doing or anything(not personable). Our bar drinks took over 10min, people that came in after us got bar drinks before us. We ordered our food, took over 30min for our brunch. My husband's oyster/egg Benedict looked amazing, my steak and eggs were well done when I asked for medium rare. I asked him to please make me a new one.. Our server barley/never checked on us the whole experience. I had to find him for a 2nd bellini. He placed the check down for our 2drinks after the manager said the food was on the house. Never asked if we wanted refills or dessert. After 30min of waiting for my new steak the server blamed me for why he didn't ring in a recook for my steak. Minutes after that they brought out a 2nd plate of what my husband had and expected me to eat that. I don't eat oysters! So basically for our anniversary brunch, I had my husband's leftovers (a couple bites of eggs/potatoes) and 2 drinks.) Horrible experience for our anniversary!

The greatest customer service I have ever experienced. The kindest, most welcoming staff. These people took care of us & treated us like friends. So grateful to Raymond, Sam, and the rest of the staff.

Thank you to Eli’s whole crew today for making my Mom’s Mother’s Day so wonderful! From the food, service and overall friendly atmosphere - it was a 10++ all around ❤️!

Very poor customer service. Wow!!! Eli’s called and canceled our Valentines Dinner Reservations we’ve had for a week and made plans for!!!! Very POOR SERVICE Eli’s. The number one restaurant I ALWAYS recommended to friends and family was to eat at Eli’s. Well, after being treated this way I will no longer endorse or recommend Eli’s. Not a good way to treat regular customers.

10:00 reservation, food came to our table at 11:22. Zero communication about delays. Bad experience. Manager gave us 50 percent off due to being “busy”. Staff didn’t really care. Oh well, not on my list to visit again.

We dined in the courtyard today and were served by Austin. He did a phenomenal job. He was very friendly and prompt. He was helpful picking out drinks and food. I just wanted to acknowledge him! Great service!
