Rutledge Cab Company is Charleston’s place to eat, drink and be comfortable. From the marble topped bar to the vintage reclaimed wood finishes, the space reflects the charm of the old neighborhood while serving the patrons of this up-and-coming community, which is conveniently located close to the downtown Charleston bridges and Interstate-26 for customers throughout the greater metropolitan area.

Our Story
Rutledge Cab Co partners, Bill Murray, Mike Veeck, and Brad Creger were craving really great burger and milkshake. They realized that Charleston didn’t have a place to enjoy those American staples. That's how the concept for Rutledge Cab Company was born.
Years later, Rutledge Cab Company has become a Charleston favorite. This gas station has been converted into a retro neighborhood joint where locals and vistors enjoy a diverse menu and world class service. Yes, they do have really great burgers and delicious milkshakes. Problem solved.
