Meditation and prayer time is healing and it definitely helps push the stress away.⁣⁣
Not a religious post to push my beliefs on anyone. I’m sharing what I know to be true to help keep stress away and keep me grounded.⁣⁣
For me my time with God is absolutely spiritual and necessary in my life daily. ⁣⁣
Meditation and prayer helps us release the stress and negative thoughts to allow room for more peace. ⁣⁣
It’s healing the body and the mind.⁣⁣

Health really is our greatest wealth.

Side effects from a blood pressure medication that was recognized as safe.⁣ ⁣
Not just side effects but a clear link to cancer in this situation. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
If you turn on the TV and see an advertisement have you ever listened to all of the awful side effects associated with many of these medication‘s? I’ve heard things like may cause rapid heartbeat or may lower your risk to fight off infection and even may cause death. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
This is serious business. For me it is anyway.⁣⁣⁣⁣
It’s serious business because my mom and dad and other family members & friends have been placed on medications they didn’t really need and they were offered no alternatives. ⁣⁣Also because so many people are suffering and can do better if only they had a little guidance and some natural options.⁣⁣
Prescription medications are important when we actually need them. ⁣⁣Make me understand why I need it is what I’m talking about. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

This can sometimes help them reduce or eliminate the need for these medication‘s and almost always get them some relief at the very least.⁣⁣
I’m a firm believer to try to get to the root cause of illness over just patching up an illness with medication.⁣⁣
This isn’t offered to us by our medical providers the way it needs to be because there’s no money in it for big pharma when we heal ourselves.⁣⁣

January is thyroid awareness month. The thyroid gland plays an important role in your overall health and wellness. ⁣

Here’s the basics on the thyroid gland:⁣

🔸It’s a small butterfly shaped gland located in the front of your neck below the Adam’s apple. ⁣

🔸 The thyroid gland directly affects your metabolism and many other body functions.⁣

Here’s 3 main things you should be aware of regarding thyroid health:⁣

🔸 Thyroid conditions are often undiagnosed or misdiagnosed.⁣

🔸 Yearly bloodwork or labs by your medical provider are important to check your thyroid health is very important.⁣

🔸 The standard test done by medical providers is a TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) test. ⁣

👉 A T3 and a T4 test is also important so mention this to your medical provider to have this done with your yearly labs 👈⁣
