Love This Time Fitness! I have only been going there for a couple of weeks and have already noticed a difference in my stamina and strength. I haven’t worked out for years, and even though it is a challenge, I have felt supported and encouraged by the trainer(s) and the other ladies in the class.
I love this studio because the trainers meet you where you are on your personal fitness level. They are motivating, inspiring, knowledgeable.

I had gotten in the habit of going to the gym and I’ve now come to the gym 3x while on vacation here in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! We miss these big classes, we miss post workout group pictures and Friday wine nights. We miss events and more than anything we miss seeing so many of these ladies walk through our doors.

But we're lucky... those doors are still open. We still talk with these women, workout with them, and coach them... just in a different way.

Our classes are kept small for safety, but out of that Fit Womens Weekly Live was born.

This was the last group I took to my favorite mountain range, The Black Mountains. Which includes the THREE highest mountains east of the Mississippi.

I've hiked Mt Mitchell (the highest) close to a dozen times and it never gets old or fails to amaze me.

I'm excited to announce that bc of the 2020/2021 changes...

I've decided to do a Cher comeback tour and offer one last hike on these mountains.

Spots are already filling up! In fact at the time of this post, there are only 4 out of 12 spots left.
