Town Hall is now preparing Welcome Kits for new families that are moving into our community.

These new families are looking for a new EVERYTHING!

Town Hall contacts these new families each week as soon as they move into their new home.

These new families will find new places to eat, work out, wash their car......they need a new Hair Salon, Spa, Auto Repair Shop, Optometrist, Dry Cleaner, Pet Groomer, Day Care Facility, Florist, Nail Salon, Pharmacy......you get the idea. They are actively seeking new local businesses and creating new purchasing patterns. They will become someone's next new local, loyal customer.

Town Hall will direct them to you before your competition even knows they are here.

Since our Welcome Kits are exclusive, and we can only accommodate one business per category, I would ask you to kindly let me know if you are interested in being featured in our local Welcome Kits.

I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail.

Wow. As many times I have come here and had such an awesome experience today was absolutely horrible. Pd 50$ for a basic ass pedicure, had to ask for my legs to even be massaged... and got no scrub.. but yet my friend with me pd 30$ and got everything... never again.

Horrible service! Paid for my daughter’s nails to be done on her birthday (Monday). The next day (Tuesday) she sent me a pic showing one nail came off completely and another was lifting. When I called and explained what was going on, I was told I had to call back the next day and speak with the manager. Today (Wednesday) called and explained I wanted a refund bc of what was going on, and the amount of money I’d spent for the services and tip. Needless to say the resolution offered by the manager/owner was for me to drive back from Moncks corner to West Ashley so he could see the damage himself bc he was sure the nails were done right. When I explained I would be happy to send video and or pics bc that was 45 mins to an hour from where we lived he then hung up on me!

Being in the customer service industry myself, customer service is everything to me! And to think my daughter has been waiting for the day she turned 13 so she could finally use her birthday money to get her nails done and this was her experience! Just know that made this personal for me!
