After shaving my head at the beginning of 2019, I've honestly had an unhealthy relationship with my hair. I was in denial that it was unhealthy, wasn't getting regular trims, and just doing a lot of the things I tell everyone else not to do—lol.

Hair can be emotional, but really, it's all about embracing the present and letting go of the past!

We've all been through ups and downs, and sometimes, those memories cling to us like static. A big haircut is like releasing all that baggage, freeing ourselves from what no longer serves us.

Every snip of the shears empowers us to reclaim control over our lives and bodies. It's a statement of self-love. Not to mention, life is a journey of growth, and that symbolizes it beautifully. Just like our lives evolve, our hair can too, and it's a reminder to embrace every stage of our journey.

Letting go of the past isn't always easy, but it's vital for living in the present. It's about celebrating the start of a new chapter.

Been snoozin' on the gram lately!

But, not on life❤️ so far this summer my best friend since kindergarten came to visit, my parents came for a month & it was an absolute treat (they're the fun kind of family ❤️)
Chad went on a month long road trip to Ohio, Texas, Colorado, and Alabama to guest spot at different shops and work a few tattoo conventions. I meet up with him in Alabama for his (35th 🤭) birthday and Huntsvegas! This past weekend we got to see Blink 182 live in Charlotte! The show was amazing and to top it off their opening band was one we know and love, Turnstile!

Hope everyone is having a great summer so far and are getting to travel too! I personally am feeling incredibly blessed❤️
