This cute Yoda ornament was purchased at The Treasure Hound today. What a find!
Thank you for the generous donors today who brought in zillions of books. I was fortunate to have a mother and two daughters team who sorted and restocked the children book section shelves. I noticed at the end of the day they need be restocked again. Lol
We have lots of CDs and several vinyl records that will be put out tomorrow morning.

Our Story
The Treasure Hound exists solely to support the Friends of Homeless Animals (FOHA) animal shelter in Aldie, VA. We always have beautiful items in stock--both new and gently used--all of the highest quality. We receive generous donations: from paintings and jewelry, oriental rugs and hutches, collector plates and evening gowns, to designer shoes and brand new traveling bags. We have a large selection of books, magazines, movies, and music--all of them organized for easy searching, and new items come in every day.
Please think of the Treasure Hound when you’re cleaning out your closet, attic, basement, or garage. All donations are tax-deductible. We are staffed mostly by volunteers, so our overhead is very low, allowing us to make sizable donations to the shelter! Every time we hear that cash register ring, we think of funding another dog's heartworm treatment, fixing a kitty's broken leg, food to feed a hungry puppy, or milk replacement for a tiny orphaned kitten. The Treasure Hound is truly a win-win situation for everybody!
We are situated in Chantilly, a convenient location and close to other stores. Please remember the Treasure Hound when you want a unique shopping experience that supports a worthy cause. You will meet some very nice people (shoppers, donators, and staff) and you may find the perfect gift for a friend or a pair of great looking shoes, barely worn! Bring your fur person, too--as long as he or she keeps you on leash in the store, all are welcome!
