Yesterday was our first Monday we opened in ten years and I want to take time to thank so many new customers who visited us. Thanks to all who are following us on FB and Instagram page. Thanks to Laurie Edmunds Holmberg and Jack Doyle on our staff who helped many of you on Monday. This gives us more strength knowing so many new and old members / customers visited us on Monday and like our new hours.

Our meatball grinders have been hit this evening. This is going to make us House of Grinders in South Riding. Come ask for the grinder and you will love it. Lots of sauce and lots of cheese and amazing meatballs.

Last night we opened after 16 days of renovation and suddenly many regulars visited us. Our kitchen was busy cranking great food from our expanded menu. Come check out WineStyles South Riding and our new looks, new menu and the vibes. Celebrations of fine wines and good times. Thanks to everyone who visited our place last night. Thanks to Nidhi Gulati, Ravi Shanker Boosa, Mike Stevens Nathalie Thompson, Amy Rolling for stopping by and celebration. Great work by our staff Doyle, Kelly Anne Gillen and Sandy Snyder Stevens.

Well we opened as announced after our renovation and the response was amazing. Our team Kelly Anne Gillen, Sandy Snyder Stevens and Doyle both did a great job. Thanks to all who showed up and supported us including Nidhi Gulati, Mike Stevens, Ravi Shanker Boosa, Nathalie Thompson, Cherylyn Thompson, Amy Rolling, @ Raja and his wife, Sanjay Allen, Elizabeth M. Rabjohn-Allen and many other good friends and customers. Chef Ricky meat grinder was hit. Thanks to all for coming and supporting us.

We are opening today after 16 days of downtime for renovation. It has been hard work of the whole team. Super thanks to Jodi Cicci, Sandy Snyder Stevens, Rachel Stevens Marjie Quigley and Kellie to get WS going once again. Thanks to my contracting team Jose, Nuan, William. HospitalityConcepts is so proud of everyone. Super thanks to Nidhi Gulati and Mathew who came to help. Special thanks to Ali who gave the idea of renting tables till we get our own tables this coming week and daily motivational speech at Starbucks. Thanks to Ravi for running around and helping with many things which was not possible without him. Many times I lost my mind due to stress and managing the project which seemed never ending and lots of hard work on everyone’s part. I stood there listening to Frank Sinatra “Days of Wine and Roses” while the whole team put in lot of efforts. Thanks to the WineStyles Franchising and Boca Julz who is helping us with our baby steps in marketing our South Riding Wine Styles. Thanks to our loyal customers Nathalie Thompson, Pramod Shenoi, Anu Shenoi, Craig Thompson, Amy Rolling and many others who are not on my facebook yet for giving us feedback and daily motivations as well stopping by to check on the progress. OMG after long day and with help of Nidhi Gulati, Mathew, Kellie, Sandy, Ravi this place is coming along. We were able to put all wine up on shelves, wash all the glasses and mop the floor. Our mopping specialist Rick Khosla does a great job 😆😆😆. Already got Tuesday reservations from Sarah Shull Goding for 6:30. I am nervous but let’s see how we do our first day of soft opening. Thanks to everyone.

Getting ready to open back on September 19th, 2023. We did not get our tables yet from
Manufacturer and the delivery is delayed to 9/22 but we decided to rent tables and launch the new fresh look and feel to our regulars. I am sure some of you are missing your hangout place. Amazing transformation in less 12 days. Average contractor was asking 2-3 months but my team of superb contractors including William Lubas, Jose Castro and Naun Harnendez of Herndendez Granite pushed day and night and finished the work in very short time. The biggest thanks to Sandy Stevens and our favorite Jodi Cici without which this was not possible.

Long day but lot got accomplished. We started with demolition on 9/5 and today is 9/11. We still waiting for furniture to arrive which can delay our opening by a week or more. Officially 5th day end of our renovation and we are getting close. We did receive our new kitchen refrigerated Prep table and we have started to put wine back on shelve. I believe transparency is important and here are some of pictures of out progress. Thanks to Sandy Snyder Stevens and who stopped by to talk about reopening plans next week. I am little worried that our tables have yet to show up but the huge 3 door glass wine merchandiser. Thanks to Ravi Shanker Boosa and Jose Castro who has been of lot is support in getting this place to this milestone. Tomorrow is huge day for us as granite company installs new granite counter top. Officially 4th day of renovation. Lot was accomplished today. Hoping to have all painting done by day end tomorrow. New granite counter being installed on Monday. Working parellel on partial new menu. Tons of input came from Pramod Shenoi and Anu Shenoi. Love to hear from others who have great quick prep food ideas we can add to the menu. Here is the progress and tomorrow when we done you be amazed. All tables and chairs are being delivered tomorrow via FedEx on 2 more pallets. Ravi Shanker Boosa has been of lot help and support. Just keeping everyone upto date. Today was our third day of renovation and officially second day and here is the progress we have made. Flooring is being done and walls will be painted tomorrow. Love to hear everyone comments. Two pallets of chairs have been also delivered and two more pallets are arriving via FedEx tonight. Day 2 of renovation in progress at WineStyles South Riding. 16 year old paint being stripped and getting prepped for new coat of floor paint. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to our regulars. We should open soon with new beginnings and fresh WS.

Our renovation at the WineStyles South Riding has started today. We will bring you fresher WS with new looks and double seating area and a bar area. So excited and looking forward to seeing everyone’s reaction. Hope to be back by 9/11-9/12 but it can take few extra days. New tables and chairs are on the way as well and extended hours on Sunday and Monday will be announced following week. New items to menu is also been added.

Friends and family, owning many businesses throughout my journey of life has been fun. I can’t thank all the friends who made me believe in me and help started all these businesses. Now with WineStyles South Riding the life seems to be full of work but it seems like building a bigger family in South Riding Community Group community.
