Great night serving all of the wine club members at 205 boxed dinners in 2 hours, wasn’t easy in the heat, but it was well worth it. Thanks for having us again, we hope everyone enjoyed!.

We are beyond excited for what we have planned for you guys this Saturday. What better way to celebrate 2nd Anniversary than with a whole heritage hog from the amazing Trainum family at We have long been fans of their sustainably raised hogs and the high quality pork they provide. At AOF, all of their hogs are raised from farrow to finish on the farm using world class genetics and utilizing their unique terroir. These beautiful animals live an amazing life and the quality meat they yield is a direct reflection of that. Please give them a follow and see for yourselves. The party starts at 12pm and our 100+ pound Berkabaw will be ready to serve around 2:00pm. This is one you certainly don’t want to miss out on.

Threw on some baby backs during last weekend’s cook. These were cooked over direct heat which gave them a nice crispy texture and a beautiful color. Baby backs lend themselves well to sweetness, so we hit ‘em with a nice glaze to finish them off. Going to continue to play around with them and maybe eventually add them to the menu as a special at one of our pop-ups 🤙🏼.
Summer weather calls for new side dishes. put together this incredibly refreshing watermelon feta salad. Fresh watermelon, feta, fresh mint, and balsamic glaze. Look for it on the menu at our next pop-up 🍉.
A huge thank you to Lisa and Bryce for allowing us the opportunity to provide the food for your wine club event over the weekend. The new pavilion is absolutely stunning, as are the views from it.
Threw on some pork steaks while cooking for a catering job yesterday. First time cooking them on the direct heat pit. Love the color on these bad boys.
