Just sold 59 MCPHERSON CIR STERLING, VA 20165, as is home . We sold it within the first week on the market and for a lot more than asking price. One of the highest price sold in the neighborhood. I'm glad they listened to my suggestions even though they want to sell it as it is, to take care of the yards, planted flowers and added mulch on the flowers bed, repairs few things, fresh paint the interiors and power wash the exterior. I didn't even had a chance to schedule a professional pictures yet as they were still not done organizing and painting couple rooms when it scheduled active on the market and we didn't want to delay too much of the showing to potential buyers and to take advantage of the hot market before it's slowing down during holiday and winter season.
