Days on Market-to get a winning contract in all price ranges was only 14 days. That's fast since it includes homes in great shape and those where you do not want to take your mother.
New listings and closed sales have fallen as is normal as we approach colder weather. However as in the above #, what is out there is selling fast since there is so little to choose from in all categories.

A friend came to this page and asked why we didn't update it. I forgot we had it :-) She also went to our old website and said " you still have brown hair on your website photo" clearly you are not updating that either. So...OK. We will make a new website with me with white hair and we will do our best to post some sort of real estate insight here as well regularly. Despite civil unrest and a pandemic last year Jan Allwine Bachman still made the Washingtonian Magazine list of Top Producers in NOVA. Not bad for uncertain times.
