I forgot we had it :-) She also went to our old website and said " you still have brown hair on your website photo" clearly you are not updating that either. So...OK. We will make a new website with me with white hair and we will do our best to post some sort of real estate insight here as well regularly. Despite civil unrest and a pandemic last year Jan Allwine Bachman still made the Washingtonian Magazine list of Top Producers in NOVA. Not bad for uncertain times. Ted: Did you and Jan show 15 properties yesterday to an out of town client family for 8 hours covering the area from Aldie to Clifton to Ashburn?
Steve: Yes...and happily so.
Ted: That is crazy! My agent would never do that...they only want to show me a maximum of 5-6 seems like.
Steve: How else would an out of town client who has gone to the expense of coming here to look for a home to purchase and has no knowledge of the area get a sense of possible commuting distances, area amenities, neighborhood feel and home style possibilities?
Ted: Man...that makes total sense. Maybe I should call you and Jan and have you be my buyer agents.. I think my agent wants to hurry home and drink vodka and watch football while I drive around on my own.
Steve: Yes Ted. It would be wise to call Jan and Steve. We know what you need and will take good care of you. Jan would rather show property than watch football and Steve records all the games to watch after he takes good care of his clients.
