Bringing the elements of fitness to the general population with an Online Membership Site, Workout Programs, Educational Seminars, group fitness classes, boot camps, small group training and one-on-one personal training. We have led thousands of workout classes and sessions for beginners as well as advanced fitness enthusiasts. We especially enjoy working with sedentary adults with little or no fitness experience to become healthier, move better, enjoy a more fit physique, better health, more energy and more confidence, in and outside the gym.

Patricia is also a Certified Nutritional Consultant, providing dietary recommendations and strategies for incorporating a more health-producing diet and weight management routine.

Patricia’s background working with the mentally ill and head injured populations has provided her with much patience and perseverance to believe in our clients and their goals as well as have the fortitude to provide the type of coaching and leadership that will encourage proper growth and goal setting to allow for our client's success.
