Nice and simple laundry room just completed.

The Team just completed the next phase of restoration work on our big historical preservation project in Ohio. We removed an old brick wall foundation wall and re-built it with block; took down an unstable 4-story chimney with six fireplaces in order to rebuild; installed French drains and much more! For the past weeks we have been working on a special project to restore a Colonial Home in Ohio. You can see we completed demolition down to the original timber beams. The Team installed new support beams in the cellar to support the original post & beam construction including a 4-story chimney. The Team installed an emergency French drain to stop repeated water damage from heavy rain and built new exterior doors to the cellar. Not to mention new electrical and wiring throughout! Stay tuned for more updates this summer!

Excited to share our latest big project - a deluxe master bath. The bath features a large walk-in shower with double shower heads with a seat in the corner, a stand alone bathtub, and long vanity with double sinks and a cabinet tower.

Check out this newly finished basement in Bristow. What a cool, serene result with the light colors, accent columns, custom entertainment center, and feature wall of textured wood accents. Walk-out French doors and an extra bar area space will give the residents the opportunity to fully enjoy this relaxing atmosphere for years to come. What a terrific entertaining space! We really enjoyed working on this project.

Please enjoy views of our latest major kitchen project. Our client choose classic white Shaker-style cabinets and contrasting black granite countertops. The new layout from the front door to back deck with bay window gives the space an airy, open concept feeling. The accent wall of black and white backsplash also gives a dramatic flair. Under mount cabinet lighting gives a soft glow throughout.

“We selected the Design and Remodeling Team to carry out a major update of our home. The work included complete updates to 3 bathrooms, cosmetic changes to one bathroom, new flooring in 3 bedrooms, installation of zone HVAC, numerous small projects, and a complete makeover of our kitchen. The kitchen makeover included the elimination of a load bearing wall, opening of other walls, reconfiguration of the layout, resurfaced flooring, and new cabinets and countertops.
The Design and Remodeling Team was responsible for the complete range of work, from initial designs and permitting through demolition, new construction, and management of subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, structural engineers, etc.). Throughout, the Team provided excellent work. All work was of very high quality and was completed within the budgets and schedules agreed to for the work. There were some change orders based on our revising what we wanted done and those orders were well documented and explained.
We also want to compliment the Team’s employees who kept the jobsite clean, were very respectful of the fact that we occupied the house during much of the work and managed to follow Covid guidelines whenever we were present. Obtaining materials was also a challenge because of Covid. Yasser Ibrahim (lead designer and project manager) used his network of suppliers to find products as needed to avoid delays in completing the work.
We strongly recommend the Design and Remodeling Team for home remodeling of any scope, small or large projects.”
