Come out tomorrow morning to Arcola Church, and listen to Dr. Brittany Lamb provide some insight on considerations when drafting an Advance Directive. This document is an important instrument outlining your wishes for care in various circumstances, and appointing a Medical Decision Maker to act on your behalf in the event you are unable, during a medical encounter. If, like most of us, you need some help, Dr. Lamb's experience as an emergency room physician, and dementia family caregiver provides real-world context, to get you started!

I wanted to share that Ashburn Senior Center will be having a Health and Wellness Fair on Wednesday, October 19th from 1:30-4:30pm. Please let me know if you have any questions and please feel free to share with anyone who might benefit.
