It is with a heavy heart that I share that my dear Grandmother, Nazifa Samee passed away peacefully at home today at 1:40am. Please see below for the funeral announcement for my dear Nano jaan:

Nazifa Samee is survived by her daughters, Jila Samee and Zeba Samee, her sons, Haroon Samee and Tamim Samee, her brothers, Mohammad Hakim Pirzad and Mohammad Aziz Pirzad, her daughters-in-law, Fatana Kahzad and Aryn Baker, her sister in law, Rona Pirzad, and her grandchildren, Omar Popal, Yusuf Popal, Sahar Naim, Yamuna Naim, Elham Samee, Kiyan Samiei and Murwari Wahed, and her nephews and nieces, Hamed Pirzad, Ozra Pirzad, Arezo Pirzad and Negina Pirzad, and the rest of the Samee, Pirzad, Popal, Yaqoubi, Kohzad and Momand families.

The funeral services will be on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 1pm at the Abu Bakr Sedigh Mosque for a prayer, followed by the burial at Lone Tree Cemetery in Hayward, California, at 2 pm.
