Feb 25th will mark 6months smoke-free!
It can be done!

Well, here we are almost halfway through the month of November, and I am still smoke-free! Every once in a while, I still feel the urge to pick up a pack of ci******es, but by the grace of God, I have been able to refrain. Thank you, Jesus for being so faithful, and helping me through this journey! 

Two and a half months ago, I gave up smoking. I’m still smoke free, as per a promise I made to my grand son to quit. Has it been hard at times? Yes!
I still find myself wanting a smoke from time to time but I refuse to give up my end game. I’ve come to far now to throw it away. Onwards and upwards we go!
