We’ve strayed so far from the conditions our biology evolved for, and we’re paying the price with skyrocketing rates of obesity, diabetes, depression, dementia, and more.
Not enough real food.
Not enough restorative sleep.
Not enough daily movement.
Too much sugar.
Too much stress.
Too much disconnection.
If you want to feel better, you just need to return to what your body recognizes as normal... Cook your meals, go outside, move your body, get some deep sleep, call someone you love.
These are the essential ingredients for reversing disease, balancing your biology, and unlocking vibrant, lifelong health.
Just start with one of these things and build the forward momentum. Once you get the basics right, and everything else gets easier.
