LOOOOVE this place!!! First, James Reese is so knowledgeable! He knows his business! Second, the first time I did this last week, I was a bit nervous! But his daughter came in the room and helped me fly right through my cryo. I felt great all day! My legs felt lighter, my mood was elevated and I burned many calories. I went today and had the same great experience. Athletes will love it and so will anybody who wants to improve their health. GO!
