Fourth Grader Allison Sullivan at Reagan Elementary - Cedar Park, TX is the Super Kid of the Week!

Allison started the "Ray of Sunshine" committee at Reagan. The committee placed a collection box in the school where any student can nominate a peer to be recognized for an act of kindness that was performed that week. The committee meets weekly to celebrate these acts of kindness.

"Allison an exemplary compassionate community contributor!" Reagan Assistant Principal Chelsea Murphy said. "Her leadership has helped to nurture and grow the Culture of Kindness here in Rayland."

*If you have RSVP'ed, you may come to Reagan to pick up your fast pass badges today from 8 am until 2 pm. You must have your badge and ID to enter the building.
*If you are unable to pick up your pre-printed badge ahead of time, we will have a fast pass lane.
*If your ID has never been run through the Raptor check-in system you will not have a fast pass badge. You are welcome to come in today and have your ID scanned.
*If you haven't RSVP'ed, if the only form of ID you have is a passport, or if your ID has never been scanned through our check in system, you will need to stand in line at the front desk window to be checked in.
*If you and/or your guest (s) plan on eating the Thanksgiving lunch cooked by our wonderful cafeteria, you will need to purchase a ticket before entering the cafeteria. Guest lunch is $5, cash (please bring exact change as no change can be given) or check.
*If anyone other than the student's parent/guardian plans on checking out their student early, the front office will need permission from the parent/guardian to sign them out. This can be done through the student's SDM, phone call or email to the front office.
*As our parking lot has limited spaces, Gupton Stadium will be open for overflow parking. Please do not park at the fire lane marked in red.

We are so excited to welcome our wonderful grandparents for our Grandparents Luncheon tomorrow, September 8, 2023.
Please read below for some reminders:
• Please allow enough time to park and check-in at the front office as this is a very busy day. We appreciate everyone's patience and grace during the check-in process
• All visitors must come through the front office to check-in
• If the visitor has RSVPed and has had their photo id scanned at Reagan, there will be a "fast pass" lane
• For those who didn't RSVP, or haven't had their ids scanned by the front office, a picture id will be needed to enter campus
• Parents/guardians will need to grant permission to grandparents (or anyone other than the student's parents/guardians) wanting to check out their student early, ahead of time. This can be done through emailing the front office, adding a "leaving early, not coming back" exception on School Dismissal Manager, a phone call to the front office, or a parent-written note
• The Grandparents Luncheon will be held in the cafeteria. Visitors are not allowed inside classrooms, neighborhoods or playground
• Our parking lot has limited spots. Parking on the carline where the curb is red is not allowed and you may be subject to towing and/or a fine. Overflow parking will be at Gupton Stadium.
