Learning to breath is a crucial part of learning to swim for exercise and competition. And a big part of that is learning how to intentionally exhale underwater. Bobbing your head up and down in a shallow pool is a good drill to learn when to inhale and when to exhale. Rhythm is everything!
Bill here has had experience swimming in the past but has never had any real work with form and mechanics. Time to get things cleaned up for some 2018 triathlons!
