I am brand new to Yoga. After 20 years of the Army and contracting Multiple Sclerosis I needed something to keep my body from waisting away. The Staff/ Instructors have been so amazing, and patient with my clumsiness! I really Love it here!!

What will be offered in the hot rooms? How hot will they be? I love doing yoga but must be in high temp/humidity personally...

What a TEAM!
I am so impressed with how Flow Yoga has handled the re-introduction of in-studio classes in recent weeks. With their very simple safety protocols and thorough cleaning routines in place, I can honestly say that I feel more secure in the yoga studio than I do in the grocery store or any one of dozens of other places. They have made student well-being a top priority, and they've done so in the midst of ambitious renovations and improvements to all three of their locations. So, in other words, they've been re-building the airplane while flying it at the same time. So remarkable. To Carolina Rossi Bolinger and Fennis Ho and their wonderful teachers and staff -- Bravo! And Thank You! Can hardly wait to get back to classes at Anderson!
Carolina, Is it possible to get more 1 hour on-demand classes? I try to do them on my lunch break and can't fit in a 75 minute class? Thank you! Can't wait to see (y)all again!
