• What's your Why? I am a coach because I love watching people connect with themselves and find their answers that help them live their lives to the fullest. To heal themselves, forgive themselves and go after dreams they didn't know they had. Yes, I love seeing the physical transformation that takes place with weight loss, but the awakening that happens from really getting to know themselves is where the true joy is. I am grateful to be a part of such a beautiful process.
• What's your dream vacation? Traveling anywhere that I have never been! I love going to new places, learning about different people and cultures, experiencing different food and exploring new places.
• What do you love most about being a coach? Watching people take control of their lives! Through the coaching process they find out a lot about themselves, and the power they have to make different choices. This is not just about food choices, but about life choices. They are different people when they finish the program and have made significant changes in many areas of their life!
• What would your perfect day look like? My perfect day would start with a run with my husband, lunch with a friend, and an afternoon with the grandbabies around the pool!
• What is a book that you recommend to everyone? Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey. It would be of use to anyone because it is funny, reminds us to look for greenlights in life and encourages us to make the best out of all experiences.
• What is an unknown fact about you? I play cello and my husband plays guitar and sings. We are putting together sets so that when we retire, we can travel around the country in our RV and play at wineries!
