We are currently at $1515/lap😊
Ms. Sandobal’s class won the participation challenge last night, they had pledges from 7 different students! They will enjoy some yummy donuts for breakfast this morning🍩 3rd grade jumped up the most in pledges with $66/lap and earned their teachers Starbucks coffee☕️ And Ms. Copeland’s class won the championship medal by jumping up $23/lap🥇
TONIGHT’S CHALLENGE!
The challenge for tonight is the +10 skip challenge! Any class that jumps up $10/lap tonight is going to get the next 2 prizes off of their class poster! And the grade that jumps up the most is going to earn popsicles tomorrow😋
Monday morning update for our fundraising challenge!
We are currently at $1196/lap, wahoo!!🌟
Ms. Doherty’s class won the weekend state challenge! They had pledges from 11 different states/countries. They will be having a Sonic slushees as a sweet treat at the end of the day today!🥤We also had several classes jump up $15/lap over the weekend and will pie their APEX coach in the face today! Ms. Volpicella’s class won the championship medal by jumping up $31/lap🥇
The challenge for tonight is the participation challenge. The class with the most students to receive any type of pledge tonight is going to enjoy donuts for breakfast tomorrow!🍩 And the grade that jumps up the most as a whole is going to earn Starbucks coffee for their teachers☕️

Last Year's 5th graders! Please stop by the front of school outside to grab your bowl you made in art class with Mrs. St John. They will be on a cart outside the front of school starting Friday, May 21.
The kids may need to find their own bowl! If the parents come to get it they will need to know what they are looking for. If your child gives a description of their bowl please include details like the colors, features, shape, a flower or a field goal on it, for example. Remember we were halfway through the project when school went on extended Spring Break 2020. Mrs. St. John has saved all the bowls and fired them and they are ready for pick up!
Any bowls not picked up by the end of the school day on Wednesday, May 28 will be donated to the Empty Bowl Festival!

The LISD Clothes Closet is in great need of boy's clothes in sizes 4 and 5 along with new boy's underwear in size 2T-4 in regular briefs or boxer briefs, 6-8 in regular briefs or boxer briefs, and size 10-12 in boxers or boxer briefs.

Students learn struggles those with disabilities face
Thank you to our communications chair, Heather Martinez, for bringing an innovative Texas PTA program on disabilities to second grade today. Students got to experience what it might be like to have various disabilities. 1. Log onto www.sproutsupplies.com/supplykits and enter RES001
2. Select the appropriate grade pack. Be sure to choose next year’s grade level.
3. Pay with a debit or credit card. You will receive an email confirmation once you purchase your child’s kit.
4. Order dates: May 1st – July 31st
5. Every kit includes all the exact teacher requested supplies, viewable online.
6. Your kit will be delivered directly to Reagan Elementary School in August!
