Hi, it's us again, Sip Saam Thai. We are dying to announce the launch of another branch of Sip Saam Thai to Cedar Park called Cilantro Grill, a new restaurant concept serving Hawaiian and Thai. Our Hawaiian menu includes the best from our previous Hawaiian restaurant. As for our Thai menu, we've picked out the top items from our Thai locations. We have been piecing the restaurant together with the expectation to open our doors no later than the beginning of August. Come on out, come on in to feel the unique experience of Cilantro Grill. Pad Thai is the dish of hit-or-miss among Thai restaurants. Each restaurant seems to have their own recipes. Pad Thai at Lemongrass is good in its own way.

Starting May the 10th, we’ll be temporarily closed on Mondays due to staff shortage. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Our first week has been great. I would like to take a moment to thank you all for the immense support. This couldn’t happened without you. However, I have to apologize for mistakes or inconveniences that may have occurred. We are very happy to be here in Cedar Park. Once again, on the behalf of myself and the crew, I would like to say…THANK YOU. 🙏

We just passed the health inspection today😉 The next step is to bring in the goods, get it prepped and open our doors. We’re aiming for the first week of May. Here are some pictures of brightwork in the kitchen VS woodwork in the dining room and patio. Y’all have a nice weekend.

Happy New Year 2021 everyone! Hope y’all have a nice holiday season. I’m very sorry for the lack of update on the up coming Lemongrass by Sip Saam Thai. It has been a rough ride for us throughout the year because of COVID-19. We didn’t expect the delay and went through a long waiting period. We are still under construction and everything is coming together very nice! The new expectation to open our doors is now the end of January to the beginning of February. Here is a little peek at the restaurant as the construction continues. Wish us luck and Happy New Year to all.

Hello, I'm Matt, the owner of Sip Saam Thai. I’m so excited to bring Lemongrass, a branch of Sip Saam Thai, to Cedar Park. This journey started 22 years ago in San Diego, California. Since then, 4 locations have been established. Sip Saam Thai is our 4th location in Austin, Texas. We are currently putting Lemongrass' kitchen and dining room together with the expectation of completion by January 2021. I just can’t wait for you to experience the unique feeling of Lemongrass.
