Welcome to Fair Farm, a small permaculture family farm in Cedar Hill, Missouri. Starting with uncultivated soil, spring of 2017, our mission has been to enhance and improve upon what nature has provided for us to grow the most nutritional food available. Our soil has never been tilled retaining the natural microbiology and topsoil. We then use compost, pea and bean crops, and cover crops, not chemical fertilizers, to enhance the soil. We never use herbicides or pesticides and we always use certified non-GMO or organic seeds. Our primary crops are leafy and salad greens, that we offer as a "salad mix", small root vegetables, and tomatoes. Come visit us on Saturday to get your farm fresh produce!
