Like any good grown-up, I'm a couple of months late posting this....but I wanted to share about my experiences hosting a few booths at local Castle Rock events. 

You may have seen Rooted at Concert Under the Lights⭐️ or Douglas County Pride🏳️‍🌈 this past August or Oktoberfest🍺 in September. 

At all the events I got to share with the community that I live in, 🏠the wondeful opportunities Rooted has to offer! 

I met people looking for services for themselves or a friend. I got to connect with so many other professionals that I would not have met otherwise.👭👬👫

I also got to talk to folks who are apprehensive about therapy, hear their concerns, and let them know that I offer something else...🌿Nature Based Talk Therapy🌿

These were exciting experiences, and I really loved reaching out in this way.

I am a quote person...I like this one because, as a therapist who uses a narrative approach, it speaks to me.
