One of the strong sides of our team is desktop software development. For a long time, we used Qt or plain native code in C++, Obj-C, and Swift. But in recent years, almost all desktop apps transitioned to the ElectronJS framework, and so did our team.

To cover all cases for capturing audio/video, creating virtual devices, and doing on-device AI, we now write custom NodeJS modules for ElectronJS. This approach combines a JavaScript UI with high-performance native modules, making it the best approach for desktop apps so far.

This solution tackles that challenge by offering seamless, one-click recording. It generates transcriptions, summaries, key highlights, and provides search and replay capabilities to revisit important points discussed.

To bring this vision to life, our team leveraged a powerful tech stack that includes ElectronJS, Objective-C, C++, and WhisperAI. These technologies ensure robust cross-platform performance, high-accuracy audio processing, and AI-driven transcription features.
