Sorry we haven’t posted in a while. We’ve been busy.

We started an another big project down here in Jacksonville Florida renovation a Chase Bank.

We will be back up in the Atlanta area in a couple of weeks to start on a couple of more!

One day roof job for our client before the rain comes in. This is the 50 year architectural shingle in weathered wood. It goes great with various color options

It’s been a while sorry we haven’t been very active, but we are still around doing our thing. See these negative air HEPA machines in the pic.

The one on the right is before a remediation project nice and clean. The one on the left is post remediation project that needs a deep cleaning filter change, and quality test testing.

It is dirty work, but we love it!!

Sometimes sub-contractors make errors. I’m proud to be able to be the one they call when in need and something needs to be done right.
Here’s a little work that we did today for a great client of ours.

Let’s keep those pests out of the exhaust vents.

This client heard noises from inside the house. We came out to assess and found bird droppings on the siding beneath the vents. We stayed a little longer and saw birds opening the flapper with their beaks to access the ducting to seek shelter..

We installed new vent duct covers with grates, and caulked so no more birds can access.

This condominium building was sinking due to poor storm water drainage and a failing foundation with insufficient joists to support the weight of the building.

We installed concrete piers, and beams in the crawlspace to prevent further shifting and settling of the building.
