Athlete Highlight: McCoy Wernholm
McCoy has been apart of the team for three months now and has had two prs every block so far! With a meet in sights he is now 8 weeks out and we are already adding to triple prs that we just hit not even two months ago!
Squat: 515x3 +15lb Triple ATPR in 2 months
Bench: 310x3 +5lb Triple ATPR same time
Dead’s: 490x3 +15lb Triple ATPR
As we peak I think we are going to hit some crazy new ATPR singles and I’m very excited to see McCoy progress as we continue forward!

McCoy has not been on the team for long and I am super hyped with the progress he is making!
Squat: 237.5/523lbs x2 Double ATPR
Bench: 315x2 Double ATPR
Deadlift 495x2 Double ATPR
McCoy is now in prep as he moves towards his first ever Usapl Competition! He is ready to show out and put some big numbers up on the platform in July!

Athlete Meet Recap: Maddie Newburry
With a rough prep we were still able to come into this meet take first place and break 4 State Records
BW: 76.1kg (missed weight by .1 kilo)
Total: 367.5/810lbs
Squat: 145/320 +5/12lbs ATPR missed 3rd attempt fo 353lbs
Bench: 82.5/181 -5/12lbs
Deadlift: 140/308 missed pill to take female best lifter!
Overall not the strongest meet for Maddie we ran into some issues in prep and now that military training and college is done we are going to iron out some technical issues and show out at Usapl States in November! Maddie has a huge future in this sport and I can’t wait to showcase it!
Celebrating a huge Pr for 275x1
A little shaky at lockout but for a gym Pr this was awesome! It’s been a long time coming for this pr we were making our way to it when a little hip issue got in the way! We recovered from that with a lot of rehab exercises and was able to push dead’s again over the last couple months! Great work Jess!

405lbx1 Squat +10lb ATPR and alot of improvements on form!
315lbsx1 Deadlift +40lb ATPR Still a lot of work to do but we are off to an amazing start with room left in the tank once we fix some form!
Not posted 275x1 tied ATPR with much better form! A big bench is coming after a full building stage!
Great work from Juan just a few months in to working together a lot of progress to come!

If you don’t know me already my name is Taiden Robinson and I am the trainer here at Snap Fitness, Ionia. I am posting to see how many people would be interested in an outdoor boot camp once a week.
The boot camp will have people separated into random teams and be point based to determine the winners based off points received in each round! The winners will get their names on the board and the chance at a prizes!
