Meet Pranee Guichet, our Vice President at SOLA Prosthetics.

Pranee is the one who makes sure everything keeps running—yes, even keeping the lights on (literally and figuratively). But what really sets her apart is how deeply she believes in our vision.

She has played a major role in turning that vision into reality. What started as an idea is now a true purpose—and Pranee is a driving force behind keeping that purpose moving forward every single day.

Her heart for helping people shines through in everything she does, and it’s reflected in the success and impact we have as a company.

To say we’re blessed to have her doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Meet Bonner Hankey, our Operations Manager at SOLA Prosthetics.

With many years of experience in the O&P industry, Bonner has truly seen it all—and he uses that knowledge to help shape everything we do. As a licensed practitioner assistant, he also plays an active role in facilitating patient care, making sure our standards are carried through from process to patient.

Bonner is instrumental in ensuring that every system at SOLA Prosthetics is centered around one thing: what’s best for our patients. His leadership helps guide our team to constantly improve and find better ways to serve those who trust us with their care.

The way we approach patient care isn’t just a system—it’s a mindset shared across the entire organization—and Bonner is a big part of that.

He’s an incredibly valuable member of our team and one of the reasons we are who we are today.

Meet Ryan Guichet, our Patient Care Coordinator Manager at SOLA Prosthetics.

Ryan doesn’t just lead the team—he’s in the trenches with them. As an active Patient Care Coordinator himself, he works every day to make sure each patient receives the level of care we’ve set as our standard.

He’s incredibly passionate about our mission and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our patients don’t just receive care—they feel it. Ryan brings energy, leadership, and heart into everything he does.

He’s a huge part of our success, and we’re truly blessed to have him on our team.

Meet Michael Williams, our Lab Manager and an ABC-certified technician at SOLA Prosthetics.

As an above-knee amputee himself, Michael brings a level of passion, perspective, and precision that shows up in every piece of work that comes out of our lab. His attention to detail and commitment to quality aren’t just standards—they’re personal.

Michael works side by side with every lab technician, not only supporting them but training them to uphold the SOLA Prosthetics way. That consistency and craftsmanship behind the scenes are a big part of what sets us apart.

We’re truly fortunate to have Michael leading our lab and delivering the level of quality our patients deserve every single day.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
