The Central Indiana Chapter had a fantastic time this past weekend at the West Baden Springs Hotel for our Fall Retreat! We enjoyed the beautiful weather with a day full of activities, outstanding speakers, and a BBQ Cookout to close out the evening.

Special thanks to our Keynote, Julie Brown, for illuminating some distinct ways to make genuine connections and grow our networking circles.

Last week, our Future Leaders group had a fantastic time at our 2022 Topgolf Event. A special thanks to Gen. Ron Bailey for taking time out of his busy schedule to illustrate some of the leadership tools and methods he used to succeed in his career.

We had a wonderful time this past week celebrating the Chapter's 75th anniversary! We would like to thank our member contractors for everything they do in their respective communities and throughout the Central Indiana area.

We had a great time at Topgolf last week for our Fall Student Chapter Meet & Greet! A special thanks to our contract members who were willing to participate in a round table discussion about lessons they’ve learned from a career in the electrical construction industry.

This past Monday, the Chapter had a very special and intimate night at the renowned Bluebird Café. It was an amazing evening filled with music, art, and great food. A special thanks to our NECA members, the Bluebird staff, Songwriters, Loveless Café, and Paint Your Event for making the night unforgettable!

Last Wednesday, the Chapter hosted a Project Scheduling course for our members. We would like to thank our instructor Mark Federle, as he illustrated ways to increase a project's chance of success through the use of schedules. Thank you to all who attended.
