Canton Ruck Run 5K

We’re calling on businesses, corporations, run clubs, gyms, military units, first responders, veteran organizations, families and groups of friends to build a team and show up for our veterans.

And hear this part: you do NOT have to ruck.

Walk it. Run it. Jog it. Ruck it. Come as a team and move at your pace. The TEAM RUCK category specifically allows teams to ruck, run, or walk together, with no minimum pace and no requirement to carry weight.

This isn’t about being the fastest person on the course.

It’s about who you’re willing to show up for.
