What an honor to photograph these incredible female athletes at the Final Four at Wright State University’s Nutter Center. What a game! Both teams played their hearts out, but it was especially exciting to see the Cru advance to the State Finals.

Last week CCHS took on Tusky Valley. We also faced last year's DV All-Ohioan and one of the top goal scorers in the country!! Proud of our girls and our defense for shutting her down. It was a fantastic game all around. Both teams played extremely well with the final win for Central 3-2. Way to stay strong #12
Next up- first tournament game tonight versus Northwestern at home. I'm looking forward to shooting this game at 7pm and won't have to worry about the setting sun and shifting light! Good luck Cru!

Walking the field means I miss a few great shots — but once in a while, everything lines up. So glad I was in the right spot to capture Jessica's goal in the Sandy Valley game!

Mason Jar Snacks 4 Ways

Snacktime Meal Prep that satisfies those crunchy cravings while providing the nutrients our bodies need!
A good reminder to fit more fruits & veggies into our days. Kids (and parents too) are more likely to snack on them, if they are cut and ready to eat.
Make a few in advance - they stay great for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
I use 1/2 pint to full pint jars, depending on the size of snacks.
