Every year I create an intention to take a deeper dive in education. While everything I read says it’s bad for marketing to not niche out, I like the idea of being a jack of all trades and a master of ONE… which is YOU. Ask me, and if I don’t know, oh I’ll find out.
While I’ve had to learn the ins and outs of food and substitutions for my own intolerances and weight loss journey, I’m excited to have a formal education in nutrition. Coming soon!

Take the five minutes out of your day to tune back in. In the car before you go into work, before you set foot in the house after a stressful day, on your lunch break, or before l entering th crazy Costco parking lot. So many times of the day. Pranayama resets and heals.

Here are a few yin yoga poses to try during the winter months. Hold these static positions for one to three minutes to reap the benefits of your body’s relaxation response and Qi flow through the Kidney and Bladder Meridians.
Remember, during yin we want to experience an edge, but not fall off the cliff. Bring the floor to you by using soft or stable props under your chest or hands. Breathe into the feeling of your connective tissues experiencing the “good stress”.
