We, here at Lake West Homes, are currently hiring for Carpenter and Laborer positions. Wages would be discussed individually and based on experience, There would be no fear of lay off this winter or the next few to come. We have recently secured contracts that will keep our guys busy for a few years to come. We are fully insured and most of the work will be in the Lake Ozark/Osage Beach area. We would require you to have your own essential hand tools (pouches, hammer, tape, speed square, etc) Also, we have had issues with employees that did not have reliable transportation, so we ask that you have a good way to get to and from the jobsite, if you apply.

As many know.... Bruce has been a builder for about 33 years now. Well, we had scaled back considerably a few years ago and he has enjoyed doing smaller projects compared to what he did for several years. His new found love is remodeling homes..... some to the extreme! He truly enjoys taking an existing home and completely transforming it's look/style. Due to this, he has restructured and formed Lake West Homes LLC. He will continue to help his customers of the past; however, he will be working toward building a list of clients who would like to convert their existing home or purchase one of those notorious "fixer upper" type homes and make it into a dream house. We will be offering every service necessary to make these amazing transformations possible, including design and decor. He has even been known to create some amazing furniture.
