JUNE AVAILABILITY!
Here are the openings I have for the rest of this month⬇️
June 22nd - Sussex County
June 25th & 26th
Poll tension can have a big impact on your horse’s comfort and performance.
In this video, I’m working on releasing tension through the poll area, one of the most important regions of the horse’s body. Restrictions here can contribute to stiffness, difficulty bending, resistance in the bridle, head tossing, uneven movement, and compensation throughout the neck, back, and body.
Many people don’t realize that tension in the poll can travel through the horse’s entire topline. When the poll is restricted, horses often compensate by tightening muscles through the neck, back, and hindquarters, which can affect engagement, stride length, impulsion, and overall movement.
By addressing tension in the poll, I help encourage relaxation, improve range of motion, and support better movement from the front end all the way to the hind end.
Every horse is different, which is why each session is tailored to the individual horse’s needs.

I am excited to announce that I am now working with Pinto's Patched and will be offering LifeWave IceWave and AcuLife patches as an optional add on to my equine bodywork sessions
Thank you to Pinto’s Patches for providing these products and the opportunity to incorporate them into my practice
🧊IceWave Patches
IceWave patches are designed to support comfort, recovery, and mobility. They can be used alongside bodywork to help promote relaxation, support healthy movement patterns, and encourage overall performance and well being
💢AcuLife Patches
AcuLife patches are designed to support the body’s natural balance and overall wellness. They complement bodywork sessions by supporting relaxation, recovery, and optimal function
I am always looking for ways to provide additional support for the horses I work with, and I am excited to offer these patches as part of a comprehensive approach to equine wellness and performance!
📅 If you have a June appointment scheduled with me and are interested in adding IceWave or AcuLife patches to your horse’s session, please send me a message for more information
Thank you again to Pinto’s Patches for their support. I look forward to sharing these products with my clients and their horses!

📣𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬!📣
I’m looking to add more events to my calendar and would love to connect with barns and trainers interested in partnering with me!
I’m looking for opportunities to:
• Set up a booth at your horse show or event
• Be part of or host a clinic or seminar
• Host a bodywork event at your barn
If you own a barn or are a trainer, I’d love to speak more about this opportunity and see how we could work together. Hosts will receive compensation and/or free bodywork massages for their horses as a thank you for partnering with me.
I’m excited to make new connections and bring something valuable to the horse community. Feel free to message me if you’re interested or would like more information!
A few spots open for a full equine massage session this Sunday the 14th in Sussex County, NJ!
Message me to get on the schedule🤎
I get a lot of questions about what a first session will include…⤵️
A full session typically lasts about 60–90 minutes, with additional time as needed to ensure your horse gets the attention and care they require.
Each appointment begins with a review of your horse’s history, workload, goals, and any current concerns. From there, I perform both static and dynamic observations to assess posture, movement, overall balance, and identify areas that may need extra attention.
Targeted bodywork is then performed to address areas of muscular tension and restriction. Depending on your horse’s individual needs, techniques may include:
• Equine sports massage
• Myofascial release
• Soft tissue mobilization
• Focal point work
• Range of motion exercises
• Stretching
These techniques are used to support relaxation, mobility, comfort, and balanced movement.
After your horse’s session, I’ll provide follow-up stretches or exercises to help maintain comfort and progress between appointments. You will also receive a detailed SOAP note/report outlining observations, findings, and the areas addressed during the session.
This type of session is suitable for most horses and is commonly used as part of a regular maintenance program, especially for horses in moderate work without underlying medical conditions.
Because every horse is different, no two sessions are exactly the same, each appointment is tailored to what your horse needs that day.

Another happy horse🤎
Yesterday’s session focused on helping this horse feel and move his best. It’s always rewarding seeing the release, relaxation, and positive changes that come from bodywork.
Every horse tells a story through their movement, listening to them makes all the difference!!
𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞’𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐁𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬?
Deep tissue work through the saddle area is so important for keeping your horse comfortable and performing their best.
The muscles under the saddle take on constant pressure and movement, and when tension builds up it can lead to soreness, restricted movement, behavioral changes, difficulty bending, resistance under saddle, and even compensation throughout the body. Deep tissue massage helps release tight fascia and muscle adhesions, improve circulation, increase flexibility, and support proper movement patterns.
A horse that feels good in their back is often happier, softer, and more willing to work. Regular bodywork can also help identify problem areas early before they turn into bigger issues.
Your horse works hard for you, make sure their body feels just as good as the care you put into their training.
