The animals aren't just part of Basecamp Eden. They're part of why it exists. 🐾
Wolfdogs. Northern breeds. Horses. Livestock.
Each one has its own personality, needs, boundaries, and story.
Caring for them means learning what each animal needs, respecting their boundaries, and being consistent enough for trust to develop.
Not every day looks the same. Not every animal responds the same way.
Sometimes the work is simply being there and giving them what they need.
At Basecamp Eden, animals are given a safe place to belong and the care they deserve. And through that care, people come together to serve, contribute, and build meaningful relationships with animals and one another.
On October 24, you can experience Basecamp Eden for yourself at our Open House & Community Gathering in Calhan, Colorado.
