Making big strides! 1 month coming to Cahaba Fitness!
Transformation Tuesday? That works for me! I finally made the decision to invest in my physical/mental health and started going to a trainer. I was impressed with the staff at Cahaba Fitness! I’m excited for the transformation ahead!
What is the best exercises to tone flabby arms? How often should they be done if using weights?

Try #plyometrics

⭐️ warm up for 5 minutes & start the #progression

1️⃣ Regular squats
2️⃣ Squats coming up on toes
3️⃣ Combine 1 & 2 & jump
4️⃣ Side to side
5️⃣ Both feet sideways, laterally
6️⃣ Jumping 1 leg to the next forward
7️⃣ Jumping 1 leg to the next backwards
8️⃣ Bigger jumps & wider jumps

10-20 Reps, recover, and #stretch

#heartrate when adding in the jump, doubles and it will cut your workout time in half. #cahabafitness #fitness
