It’s finally Friday and tonight we are bringing you a breakfast spin on Mexican night. Our special this evening is Huevos Rancheros or “Rancher’s Breakfast” - Lightly fried corn tortillas topped with refried beans and fried eggs, then smothered in a homemade ranchero salsa.

3/18/2023 - We are excited to welcome back Second Wind to the stage for a great evening of live music! Second Wind is an acoustic band including Jim Sardonis, Eric Sakai, and Jim Green, original members of the popular rock band Second Wind. They bring strong vocals and tasty licks on guitar, dobro, and bass to a mix of original songs and the music of diverse artists such as James Taylor, John Mayer, and Lyle Lovett.

Tortilla Soup - Tomato based soup with cheese, fried tortilla strips, avocado, and sour cream.

Tonight’s Decadent Dessert was Guinness chocolate cake with Bailey irish cream cheese frosting. Dark, smooth, and creamy, with roast coffee and caramel undertones, Guinness stout makes a delicious chocolate cake. With dark chocolate chips folded throughout the cake and the pairing a baileys this is a st Patrick's day treat!

It’s Local’s Night and the special this evening is Cajun Shrimp and Grits - A Southern classic, cheesy grits drowned in a warm shrimp, bacon corn and cream sauce. Served with a Cheddar Bay Biscuit to help wipe up all the good stuff at the end in the bowl.

We’ve got great music tonight, 3/11, welcoming back the Bleeding Hearts Family Band to the stage. If you haven’t seen this band play yet, you are missing lots of fun and magic! Music starts at 6pm!

The kitchen opens at 4pm and our special this evening is Fried Fish Sandwich - Halibut breaded and fried to a cripsy crunch with homemade slaw and a secret fish sauce recipe. Served with a side of potato salad.

It’s that time again! Second Friday of the month is cribbage tourney time!

Tonight’s Decadent Dessert is Biscoff Cookie Cheesecake ! Biscoff cookie crust with a delicate cheesecake with biscoff cookie butter throughout and topped with a layer of biscoff cookie butter spread. The cheesecake filling is so light and has the best fluffy, creamy texture. Each bite truly melts in your mouth.

For Local’s Night we are bringing back a special we did for an event that so many people have contacted us to repeat!

Tonight’s special is Chicken and Waffles - Juicy fried chicken breast inside crispy corn waffles served with a maple bourbon dipping sauce. The chicken is air-fried to perfection and the waffles have just enough bites of corn to give it that tangy sweetness. The housemade maple bourbon sauce will make those waffles and your taste buds wicked happy. On the side are fresh green beans cooked lightly so that you still get that awesome crunch.

Tonight, Saturday, 3/4 from 6-8pm, we’ve got Spencer Lewis and the New Old Vermonters! This crew is braving the storm to drive up from
Southern Vermont to bring you some great tunes! Let’s give them a warm Cabot welcome!!!

Original and traditional ballads & fiddle tunes with twisted, old time grooves - and a Dylan song thrown in. Justin Park on Mandolin, Mark Burds on Guitar, and Spencer Lewis on both fiddle, guitar with vocals by all.

Come hungry because we’ve got Patty Melts on the menu tonight! Seasoned ground beef cooked to perfection topped with gryere cheese and caramelized onions between two slightly toasted slices of sourdough bread.

Combine an Americana Troubadour with a cocktail of Soulful Melodies, Swampy Blue Notes and Outlaw Folk and serve it up with a side dish of Indie Grooves and you get David Karl Roberts, a songwriter who creates a blend of Whiskey Soaked Americana.

The special this evening is BBQ Chicken Sandwich - Tender slow roasted chicken, shredded and smothered in a housemade BBQ sauce. Serve on a brioche bun topped with our own coleslaw. On the side you'll find our smashed potatoes!

Tonight’s Decadent Dessert is a Strawberry Lemon Cake - Soft, tender, and fluffy, this Strawberry Lemon Cake recipe is bursting with bright flavors from the lemon juice, lemon zest, and fresh strawberries. A delicious strawberry buttercream with hints of lemon frosted between each layer of cake paired with a strawberry reduction, you won’t be able to get enough of it after your first bite! Tonight’s Decadent Dessert is Traditional hummingbird cake layers with ripe mashed bananas, crushed pineapple, toasted pecans, filled with fresh sliced bananas and a vanilla bean creamy custard. Silky cream cheese frosting on the outside with coconut flakes. Topped with banana and lotus biscoff vanilla cookie. This is a beautiful cake and it’s going quickly!

Tiger Strike takes the stage at The Den this evening! This band reggae-punk with a twist of blues. Can’t wait to to have these guys rock out at Harry’s Hardware for the first time!

It’s Local’s Night at The Den and can you believe this weather? Every Cabot person we know is out in the woods today preparing for sugaring season, which sounds like a great reason to let us do the cooking. Tonight’s special is Beef Bourguignon: Tender melt-in-your mouth chunks of beef simmered in a rich red wine gravy flavored with carrots, onions, mushrooms, and bacon and served with a side a creamy mashed potatoes to help you lap up all that juicy bourgandy sauce.
