Working hard on my pizza making skills right now.
This sourdough mix was cold fermented for 72 hours and baked at home.
Finished with tomato, mozzarella, pepperoni and oregano π π·

Trying to introduce Greggsβ famous pink jammie to Grand Rapids.
These are Japanese milk bread hot dogs. Made with 75% organic white flour and 25% red fife flour. Raspberry icing on the top.
