Some love stories are meant to come full circle. ❤️

Trevor and Gea Saunders first met in Charleston, fresh out of high school, reconnected years later, and built a life centered around family, adventure, and community. Today, they’re raising three active kids and making memories right here in Carriage Hill. 🏡

From annual cruises to legendary Christmas gingerbread competitions with more than 20 guests, the Saunders family knows how to make every season meaningful. 🚢

Their story is a reminder that strong communities are built by families who bring heart, energy, and connection wherever they go. 💕

The scallops hit the pan with a satisfying sizzle, and suddenly, a Tuesday night feels restaurant-worthy. ✨

These seared sea scallops are paired with a fresh corn relish made with sweet corn, red pepper, plum tomatoes, and basil. It looks impressive but comes together in under 30 minutes. 🍅

The secret is simple. A hot skillet, dry scallops, and a few minutes of patience create that perfectly golden crust that makes this dish feel extra special. 🍳

Bright, seasonal, and full of flavor, this recipe is proof that great meals do not have to be complicated. Sometimes the best dishes are the ones your neighbors are already making. 🍽️

She barks at every dog on the Belgium Ct path. Every. Single. One. 🐾

Seventeen pounds of pure confidence, Kiki the bichon poodle mix has earned her reputation as Carriage Hill's tiny terror. But here's the twist. This toothless little princess is all bark and absolutely no bite. ✨

Rescued from a hot garage in 2016 by Brad Krieger, Kiki went from a rough start to a life of golf cart rides, lake house road trips, and backyard sunbathing. The Krieger family made sure she never went without love again. 🌞
