With all the fad diets and weight loss crazes, it can be hard to understand what is really a healthy tactic or an unhealthy fad. This Livestrong article is pretty good. It takes a look at some of the trends that aren't really all that healthy for you. I've actually done a couple of these and realized the error of my ways before I did some real harm. Who else is feeling the dog days of winter crunch? Are you finding excuses to skip workouts, dig into ice cream while sitting on the couch watching women's figure skating to the song "Send in the clowns"?
