Before pictures of the home, I just finished up the drywall repairs. This home had some new board, old plaster walls, and a bunch of ugly popcorn ceillings. Subscribe to see the finished product this evening.

Here some progress on a home in flint that's by far the most difficult home Ive ever worked on saving in my career. This home was so dilapidated that the sill plates are rotted out and gone, bond boards have been eatin away and the main support beam broke after an addition was built without upgrading the beam and when it did it broke every floor joist on the main floor. The upstairs sank an entire foot. Will update in a week or so on the progress as it is being done.
